Jeremy Capo, winner of the 2018 NACDA Under Armour Athletic Director of the Year award, joins the team at Rising Coaches Search and Consulting. Capo has over 16 years of experience working in athletic administration including stops as the director of athletics at Iowa Western Community College and New Mexico Junior College.

Capo is currently the Assistant Vice President at Mammoth Sports Construction where he works in development collaborating directly with High School and Collegiate coaches and administrators to design, plan, and build fields and facilities.
