An unbelievable weekend surrounded by a group of speakers and coaches all dedicated to learning and growing.

I have been to a lot of clinics and conferences, but this is one of the best. All young coaches should be on board.

I cannot say enough about my experience at the Rising Coaches Conference. The ability to be around so many individuals working towards the same passion make me work harder.

Rising Coaches has played a big role in my growth as a coach. The speakers at the summer conference and Final Four social are always outstanding, and the relationships you build through the organization can help advance your career. I know that firsthand. I was hired as the Director of Operations at Southeast Missouri State because of a friendship I made through Rising Coaches five years prior.

Rising Coaches helped us locate some great candidates during our search for a video coordinator at North Alabama. We ended up hiring Nick Ruebel, who has been a fantastic addition to our staff. If it weren’t for Rising Coaches, we wouldn’t have known about Nick and would have missed out on an opportunity to enhance our program.

I've only been a part of a few Rising Coaches events, but have already developed an invaluable sense of community and could not be more excited to be a part of the organization as it continues to grow and impact young coaches' lives and careers. Rising Coaches embodies the initiatives of growing the game, paying it forward, and developing a true community feel amongst its members -- all initiatives that I resonate with and am extremely thankful to be a part of!

Rising coaches provided me the opportunity to interact, network and work with coaches from all levels. It was well organized and we covered a variety of topics in the classroom and on the court. The best part about the clinic was the platform it provided for every coach to teach and talk about their philosophy/schemes/culture to the group.

Thank you for the opportunity to learn and discuss hoops with some quality coaches. I really enjoyed it, and felt empowered at the end of the weekend, with some great new methods of teaching concepts, appreciation for different viewpoints, as well as leadership skills refined. It was top notch! I feel honored in being a part of Rising Coaches and look forward to more Rising Coaches events in the future.

After the Retreat I had two 2 hour plus discussions with other members that really helped me and that could not have happened without meeting them through Rising Coaches.

Every recruit I have signed has been because I did exactly what Charlton Young told us at the Conference and every recruit I have lost out on has been because I didn’t do it.

I have gone to the last two Rising Coaches Socials at the final four. My favorite event of the weekend! Great speakers who are very open and know exactly what young coaches are going through. It is an amazing feeling to be in a room full of coaches in your shoes. I always leave motivated and with new coaching friends. Love the movement!!!

Rising Coaches has been an instrumental part of my coaching career. Being a part of Rising Coaches is so much more than just attending the conferences. The experiences, relationships, learning and never ending opportunities for growth are what makes Rising Coaches an invaluable part of anyone's coaching career.

There is no better event in the country for young coaches to network. The relationships I established through Rising Coaches have paid dividends in my life every day since attending!
