Rising Coaches Search and Consulting has teamed up with the DEI Alliance to offer an edge to minority led athletic departments. For a limited time Rising Coaches will offer half off coaching searches to athletic directors of color.
"This is a terrific initiative that we are super excited about" said Darryl Jacobs, executive director of the Rising Coaches DEI Alliance. "Having been on both the coaching and administrative side in collegiate athletics, I understand the challenges that comes with the search process and filling positions."
