Who has been your biggest influence in your coaching career? Why?
My parents have been huge influences on me as well as all the coaches I have worked with over my career. My Dad was a youth basketball coach growing up and introduced me to the game. I've worked with some great people over the years who have helped shape my current coaching philosophy.

Hindsight is always 20/20. Being a Head Coach is all about making decisions. Weigh your options, then make a decision and live with it.
